This attribute contains values for the LapDm Timer 200, to be used on the different
control channels.
Default values:
sdcchSAPI0 220ms
facchTCHF 155ms
facchTCHH 205ms
sacchTCHSAPI0 900ms
sacchSDCCH 900ms
sdcchSAPI3 450ms
sacchTCHSAPI3 1350ms

- T200 is expired N200+1 times before a i-frame is received ==> when expire we have link down ( L2 error )

The Timer T200 a Maximum time the LAPDm (Layer-2) transmitter will wait for an acknowledgment before making a retransmission.
So the cause is obvious as it is says there is a protocol error or the reason for a release on the radio link layer(LAPDm).
I also have to say that we have T200 on LAPD Interface and the definition is the same.
