Till now No , the BTS and Mobile are too huge , but some testing is being planned in near future by the likes of Verizon and ZTE. :)

The RAT (radio access technology) is not yet defined for 5G Radio. It is expected to be finalized by 2019.

Please have a look at the 5G Vision Document. The RAT is expected to be announced during 2019. If you mean 5G is providing guaranteed 50 Mbps speeds, operators could provide the same with existing LTE -A technologies like carrier aggregation, massive mimo, Coordinated multipoint, coordinated scheduling, hetnets and small cells.
