eNB config exchanget

Hi firends
Plz tell me how the eNB updates its configuration at its neighbors once it has any change on its config ?
for example after PCI change of one of its cells
plz share feature name if u know it

This is handled by the X2 eNB Configuration Update procedure. Have a look at 3GPP 46.423 section 8.3.5.

So if you change the PCI on a cell, the eNB will send an X2 CONFIGURATION UPDATE message to all it neighbour eNBs to inform them.

I don't work with Nokia equipment but typically this is part of basic functionality or it might be bundled with the ANR functionality.

thx wolverine. i have cells with wrong neighbor configuration so i'm doubting of this feature works properly or not
