PCTel scanner update file

Hello,

I need update file for PCTel LX scanner: in order to add Band2=900MHz to existing WCDMA-scanner, Band1=2100-only.
Could someone can share such file (.dtb), to use with SeeGull Assistant or Tremos LX Client ?
