Hello all
Dear Capacity planning experts, Your suggestion are greatly helpfull.

I have a problem regarding the Capacity planning (indoor)

I have a three storage building, with three sites Implanted in each floor to boost the coverage inside the building, Because More users inside the building.

1st floor = F1 = UMTS – 1800.
2nd floor = F2 = UMTS – 800.
3rd Floor = F3 = UMTS – 1800.

Outside is completely 1800 and GSM. No 800 bands. And I have limitation in compressed mode channels available to me.

Now Your Ideas are most welcome on Capacity Management.

And please suggest me regarding this.

1)How should I manage the calls coming inside the building from outside UMTS 1800 or GSM , Should I allow the calls incoming in building to have IFHO with UMTS – 800, or just SHO with UMTS 1800 .When I allow soft handover in 1st floor, I will face the problem in compressed mode channels with 2nd floor ( F2 – 800 ) due less availability of compressed mode channels.

2) how should I manage the calls moving outside the building should I allow them to have IFHO or IRAT. By keeping in mind the availability of Compressed mode channels.

Your help is greatly appreciated ,

Thanks
