4G CFGMML Comparison

Hi all,

Does anyone have a downloadable tool for comparing 4G CFGMML?

I don't have FMA that support 4G yet, only 3G-2G.

I want to check a case where a type of UE (handphone, Xiaomi), always get UL THP = 0 Kbps, but not for other handphone.

I wonder if in 4G cell configuration, there would be parameter to limit the UE accessibility type.
