Coordinate system?

Hi all
I cannot create new coordinate system for lat/long. I want to input site in lat/long. Could you help me solve it?

Latitude mean south to north coordinate & longititude mean west to est coordinate called lat/long or x/y line.

Thank Naga30, I mean that i want to input site in coordinate of lat/long format. But now i can not do it because project in coordinate system of UTM. I can not create new Lat/Long coordinate system project.

You can change the display coordinate system in option menu. then you can enter it in lat/lon format. Refer attachment.
