RF Design Engineer
Summary
Engineers will work in Mexico City AT&T Office, and will interact mostly with the Centralized RF Design Team and Regional RF Teams.
Candidate must have at least five years of experience performing RF Design for UMTS and LTE.
Engineers will report directly to the Centralized RF Design group in Mexico City.

Experience and Skills
- Recent Experience of RF Design on Overlay scenarios and with different bands.
- Deep knowledge of Atoll, UMTS and LTE is a must.
- Experience on Coverage Predictions, Montecarlo simulations, SC, PCI and RACH Planning.
- Good interpersonal skills. Candidate must be capable of negotiating and leading proposals in front of other teams.
- Experience with E******* and Huawei.
- Is very desirable that the candidate speaks Spanish.
Additional Requirements
- Each agency must submit candidates profiles for interview.
- Agency must provide Atoll License for each of the Engineers.
- Atoll License shall include AFP and ACP modules.
