I have problem in Optimization 2G SIEMENS, I get Drop call due to timer MSRFPCI..... so, What shold i do for this????

Intercell handovers with loss of connection:
The relationships between
– Timer BSCT8 and the term NY1*T3105 and
– Timer BSCT8 and timers TTRAU, TSYNC, TSYNCDL
determine whether this measurement also counts the number of internal intercell
handover failures with loss of MS.
If NY1*T3105 < BSCT8 or
TTRAU < BSCT8 or
TSYNC/TSYNCDL < BSCT8 or
T_MSRFPCI (20 s) < BSCT8
Then each intercell handover failure with loss of MS is considered. Note that the
observed BTS is the target cell of the handover.
The suggested setting, however, is the following:
NY1*T3105 < BSCT8 < TTRAU/TSYNC/TSYNCDL < T_MSRFPCI (20 sec.)
With this setting call drops during the intercell handover are counted by UNIHIRLC.


Intracell handovers with loss of connection and
Unsuccessful assignment attempt with loss of connection:
The relationship between timer BSCT10 and timers TTRAU, TSYNC, TSYNCDL
determines whether this measurement also counts the number of unsuccessful
assignment attempts with loss of connection (including intracell handover failures).
If TTRAU < BSCT10 or
TSYNC/TSYNCDL < BSCT10 or
T_MSRFPCI (20 s) < BSCT10
Then each ASSIGNMENT command which is not answered by the MS is considered.
The suggested setting, however, is the following:
BSCT10 < TTRAU/TSYNC/TSYNCDL < T_MSRFPCI (20 sec.)
With this setting call drops during the intercell handover are counted by UNIHIALC.


BSCT10 should be set to a value:
1 sec. < BSCT10 < Min (TTRAU, TSYNC, 20 sec.)
This results from the following rule:
delta: < BSCT10 < Min (TTRAU, TSYNC, T_MSRFPCI)
where: delta: time to allow the MS to receive the ASSIGNMENT command
and to occupy the new channel (secure value: 1 sec.)
T_MSRFPCI: BTSE internal timer (20 sec.), hardcoded
