TAC/ LAC mapping

Dear LTE Experts,

Please how can we do TAC/ LAC mapping
and how to audit it? detect any wrong cases?

Also please do you have CSFB troubleshooting guide

I will suggest to work on TAC/LAC mapping using MapInfo, Create a boundary & themetic on MI for both TAC & LAC. You can easily identify the mismatch in planned & existing.

For CSFB many points need to check like TAC/LAC mapping, 3G defined frequency.

I mean I have 3G LAC A and 4G TAC B
How could I confirm that Core Engineers mapped them correctly in MME
