Yes, I'm using NIB 1.2 (version from 16.12.2014) that there is a link above.
Other libraries are installed.
But the td15A installation hangs and nothing happens.

I use Information Browser Version 1.1.2.
There are some error when i try installed library for the first time. Just capture the error message and find the solution on google (For my case the solution was enable one parameter on regedit).

For my case, I need to add the InfoBrowser address to environment variables. and its ok,now.

1. Go to Windows Properties
2. Click menu Advanced system settings
3. Click button Environment Variables
4. Check system variables
If no JAVA_HOME add new
Variable names =JAVA_HOME
Variable values = C:\Nokia Solutions and Networks Information Browser\JDK1.6 (this is based on installation folder)
5. Check system variables name Path
variables names=Path
Add the value for Path:
C:\Nokia Solutions and Networks Information Browser\JDK1.6\bin

The same here. It seems java issue. Whenever i start IB, server started but no browser open.
Any share experience guys?

problem solved. Put the installation folder and doc set folder under C:\
