Mapbasic programming, mapinfo tools

i need to develop some custom tools to be used with mapinfo ,
did some homework but still the tools look amateur so for pro kind of tools with more flexibility and reliability i need some guide.
if anyone with experience in mapbasic and programming can help me with this.
any guides and tutorials will be appreciated.
will try to post some useful mapinfo tools for testers.

Here the update for CDMA 2000 1x Neighbor check
changelog :
- site database and neighborlist database no major change [close to previous version]
- EvDO NB list support
- Second carrier for 1x support
Hope will usefull for neighbor check.
