I've a strange question about Samsung RF Projects in USA

I've never heard about Samsung RF Optimization Projects anywhere else
and never seen any Software for them

Just heard that Samsung projects in USA is for Huawei solutions, is it True?
Could someone confirm or explain..

Yes Sprint has both NSN and Samsung vendors and having both TDD & FDD implemented there

I Mean is Samsung manage Huawei solutions (Equipment, tools, parameters and features)
so Huawei Engineer could apply for Samsung RF Optimization roles ?

Yes samsung borrowed Huawei's platform so everything in SAMSUNG can be said to be exact copy of HUAWEI / ZTE
