LTE-2G PS handover

Does anyone know what are the requirements needed to implement LTE-2G PS handover? EUTRAN-GERAN is not ok.
With regard to 2G-LTE handover, I have no issue- testing is successful.

SRVCC (voice) form LTE to 2G can be enabled through feature LTE873: SRVCC to GSM (RL40) and PS HO LTE-> GSM via parameter "acteNACCtoGSM"
