The support for old .log files has end since TDD10.0.7 and after that you can not import them.
if you want to import .log files you have to downgrade TDD to 10.0.7 (not a big loose, so you will not see the difference)

I have applied the MED 'TDD10' to my Win 7 64bit - Ultimate 'REBUILT' PC as provided by yourself, however as my installed 'TEMSDiscoveryDevice 10.0.0.7'
starts up, the splash screen seen below remains fixed/stuck and fails to progress any further into the actual application as other user have reported. Maybe the
'.REG' file is incorrect

My Device ID 'ad23e042b931d3c5795e8c93b3a629bd27a59b53'

Tems TDD 10.0.7 only works with .net framework v4.5 or below. uninstall .net framework v 4.6 and it will work ....
