Hello:
Today we had a problem with one 2G site and to try to troubleshoot it we try to locally connect using SMT.
My surprise was that the ethernet port was off, when I connect the cable from my pc the port leds didnt flash at all.
We are using sw version BTS3900V100R008SPC272 in our network,
We have an old GTMU in the lab with the previous sw version inside, (BTS3000V600R013SP06), just after connect the network cable into the ETH port the led begin to flash and just configure the correct ip settings and login.
Is there any limitation in the new sw release that block the local port?
We have SMT sw in the BTSM package so how can we use it if the port is off?.
