Can someone tell me steps to upgrade a BTS from M2000.

If i had Software version SRAN 9 V150 in BTS the current version in M2000 is V180 ...how to upgrade from the M2000?

Also same with RNC on 3G BTS.

I think that you should (or must) follow the procedure of vendor...This is the best way to solve problems can appear :)
