Nastar CDMA2000, not need lisence

These are all stuff for Nastar CDMA2000 (MSDE, Genex Shared, Nastar, SQL, dongle ****).
Install guide:
1. MSDE
2. Genex Shared
3. Nastar
4. SQL server
5. Use Sentinel ********.
6. User: sa, not need pass (when install SQL, Pass: select blank pass).

is the installer support v3r6c03 cdma bsc? as i know this bsc version is the newest bsc cdma version.
