As you can see, i have NS-VL's blocked on both of my links.

I already checked my configuration IP. Its good. I have full IP connectivity to the RIP of the SGSN MME.

I checked my config already on SGSN MME. Again its good.

Problem is on BSC side.

I can build the exact same configuration as this, using the same ports, IP, NSEI etc etc from another BSC and all NS-VL come up.

Strange issue, where if i change my local UDP port i actually get varying NS-VL's working. I can get anything from 0 to 3.....but never all 4.

This config is a working config. Issue has arisen over night....i see no changes on BSC, SGSN MME or IP Transport during this period.

Any ideas?
