In my case I've been using NePa (Network Parser), at least the version that parse Nokia and E******* dumps. It does a really good job.

It would be great to have that m.e.d. so we can test it. Not sure if I know somebody who has it.

Anyways, I'm not sure if they added support for more vendors dumps. Meanwhile here is the thread for version 3.8 in case anybody there need it:

Well, apparently still version 4.5 of NePA only support Nokia & E*******. Obviously this is a thread under Huawei specific vendor.

I hope the post remain here at least for reference purpose.

Not, it isn´t, Nepa works only with Nokia and E******* Networks.

The easiest way to compare cell configuration to a baseline/template or other config of the cell is through M2000--> CME (as said on earlier post).
Also no need for parsing when you can use the export function of CME.
If interested/needed I can put some prints (for Huawei R015).
