TEMS™ MobileInsight employs the crowdsourcing method of data collection, enabling operators to gain insight into the subscriber experience without the need for extensive drive testing.

TEMS™ MobileInsight can deliver detailed geo-located statistics and failure information directly from subscribers handsets wherever they go, allowing an operator to monitor the real-world customer experience. It collects aggregated data which can be easily used for real-time VIP monitoring, corporate QoS assurance, dropped call and congestion hotspot identification, and general network optimization.

TEMS MobileInsight supports the following mobile phone operating systems:

Yes it is good tool and had trial on my BB phone , but when to come to deployment a problem raise is how

to convince customers to use this application as their fair is that they are all time under monitor.

Appreciate if some one have idea .
