This is my first post in this forum. Since a few days I have a Tetra ******** MTH650 (R04.000.314) I want to buy a CPS cable with RS232. But my problem is that I have not the correct software. Could you help me about it?. Where I can get it?.

I am not sure which version you require, but you can use a version that works with usb, and still use a serial cable with a serial to usb adapter.

If you search this forum you'll find some cps software that will work this way.

Thanks for your answer. I am not know what versión I need. About the cable with USB: in others sites, some people say that MTH650 work fine with RS 232 only (not USB). But perhaps work fine with the adapter of the site that you annotated. I will search CPS soft in this fórum.

Hi ********trbo: about the CPS I check all information of this fórum and others websites. I get the next information about ths software that I need for my MTH650:

R7A.85.05. FVN5260A (29 SEPT 2003) MR3.01

R7A.117.07 FVN5260B (09 MAR 2004) MR3.1.

R7A.312.03 FVN5260G (04 NOV 2005) MR3.1.4.

R7A.398.01 FVN5260H (22 NOV 2006) MR3.1.6

If I buy the correct USB cable (with a RS-232 USB adaptor), what MRxxx software I need?.
Another question (please :-)).
With the cable and MRxxx software, can I work my MTH650 OK or I will need more ítems (software o hardware)?

you only need a RS-232 - USB adapter if your using an RS232 cable and have no RS232 port to connect it to.

MR3.1.4_R7A_312_03 ---> the soft ask me a password
MR3.1.6_R7A_398_01 ---> today I don`t try install it
MR3.1.2.TetraCPS1 -----> After the soft has installed in my PC, I have a error message: the executable file is not found ¿¿??

I have just read the pdf files. In both, ******** refer the soft for R0x.0xo.3340,3357. But my MTH650 is R04.000.3317.
Is it normal?.

by the way that version does not have Factory (depot) mode so that wont be available, but other passwords work fine.

Definitely, the soft don`t go fine. In others sites, people say that I could need MR3.0 CPS FVN5051H R70.8.01 or MR3.01 CPS FVN5260A R7A.85.05. But my problem is that I can not find it in internet. Could you tell me where I can get it?.

Sorry can not help any further, don't know of anywhere you could obtain that from, and have searched myself and unable to find it.

replace the **** with h a c k for some reason that word is filtered out

but I don't think you will find, but has many ******** files
