HSDPA : DTX rate

Ours Huawei UMTS network RAN 11

We are facing a problem of having high DTX in network and ACK rate around 50%

DTX relates with scheduling. Scheduling used: EPF
how to improve ACK rate and bring down DTX rate

Mate, high DTX rate in good radio condition implies bottleneck on IuB. Upgrade the site to higher bandwidth and repeat the test or compare the DTX rate with another site which got higher higher capacity IuB.

Iub 14.4 Mbps configured in IP mode. Is there anyway to check Iub congestion.
