Do you know how Huawei commit on Erab setup time based on drive tests?

How this is possible to be measured on drive tests, and what could be typical or target values (pre launch optim)?

Hi,

Erab setup time can be calculated through Layer 3 messages,

From "RRC Connection Request" to "RRC Connection Reconfiguration Complete", The acceptance value is less than 140ms.
