1) How many trx you config for data? much more if possible
2) Hopping setting,baseband is better.

If we are talking about throughput should that related with capacity :
1. Check the PDCH Utilisation ( Add PDCH if needed )
2. Check Time slot Utilization instead TCH Utilisation ( TRX Upgrade )

Thnx for sharing, but the presentation is terrible. So, the whole point is to add more EGPRS Channels ? That's like saying if you want your car run longer add more fuel :)
No mention of EDGE/GPRS related features (and there are many) which impact throughput, no mention of way how to analyze poor throughput etc. Also, how is possible to have measurement chart without Y-axis ?

basically for 3G network you need to check the CQI. Even if the EcNo os poor is there are sufficient CQI then it will definitely have a throughput. Most likely, if not for adding CEs, more stable throughput can be achieve by having a more dominant coverage.
