I have a case related to activation of 3rd carrier..

We just activated 3rd carrier on a picocell. At first, there was unbalance UserNumber of HSDPA/HSUPA (high attempt on 3rd carrier 61161).

After DRD activation and InterfreqNcell adjusment, HSDPA/HSUPA user number of 3rd carrier is equal to other carriers (1st and 2nd carrier), but unfortunately, DRD

SR of 3rd carrier is still not perfect around 99%..

PS Drop (AbnormalRelease) also decreased on 3rd carrier. But, on the other side, PSRabFail.PhysicalChann increased on 1st and 2nd carrier (61164 and 36057).

This fail impacts to the degradation of CSSR PS 1st and 2nd carrier, although it's still>98%..

I have checked any parameters related to this, but seems 3rd carrier parameter's are already as same as others.

By the way, implementation of multicarrier should be inline with capacity upgrade. The capability power of WRFU will be divided towards carriers implemented, or,

coverage level will be decreased.

In this Picocell, 1 WRFU 80W is divided by 3carriers, which on the license of max setting is 20 watt (430 MaxTxPower). I have proposed this issue to add 1 WRFU

for 3rd carrier only anyway.

But I think, RAB.PS.PhysicalFail is not related to that WRFU capability issue.

Is there any idea about this issue? What to checks to improve CSSR PS on 1st and 2nd Carrier?

How do you balance users among carriers? Could you give an example in MML for carriers in the same cell?

As I get from what you are saying, 3rd carrier has non-continues coverage, so please check propagation delay, and DRD-in and DRD-out.
