Its been a long time I have used Nstar. Do Huawei still uses Nastar?

Huawei use other tool better than Nastar. It is OMStar. But NASTAR is a good tool for planning NB and Frequency.

NastarV600R011 is good for optimisation for 2g-3g-lte ?
