Detected Intra/Inter Freq/IRAT NBRs - Huawei R14

Hi Experts,

On RNC level we have separate switch for detection of Intra, Inter and IRAT NBRs which can be seen/changed by command : LST UAUTONCELLDETECT

Does anyone know if we enable this switch how can we add missing Intra/Inter Freq and IRAT NBRs? Or from which counters we can see which cells are missing after switching on this switch?

As I know this is for Nastar iManager.
From Hedex "When this switch is turned on, missing intra-frequency(same for intrer-freq and inter-RAT) neighboring cell detection is enabled. A UE can report both detected set cells and monitored set cells to the RNC, which then reports the missing intra-frequency neighboring cells to the Nastar or LMT."
