Need your help.
I have following performance/counter.

I have doubts whether there's poor RF or is it just no LTE user in that area.

I am guessing you are referring to this 00:00 Int_RadioRecInterferencePucchPwr -119.8 -121 -120.1 it is the measured interference on the PUCCH in dBm. Those values a very good.

Hi,

Int_RadioRecInterferencePucchPwr (-119.8 -121 -120.1) show (max, min and average values) for ROP - measurement period in dBm. Int_RadioRecInterferencePwr would be the same, but for PUSCH. Judging from values, it should be give averaged out per RB (resource block)

are distribution for those RSSI powers over max, min and average. I can see that first value in histogram is -121, the second must be -120. You'll need to refer to eNB counter definition file - look for counters pmRadioRecInterferencePwrPrb1, pmRadioRecInterferencePwrPrb2,..,pmRadioRecInterferencePwrPrb100

If you have nothing on you cell, then your RSSI should just thermal noise + NF.
Thermal noise for 180kHz (BW of single RB) at 300K is:
TH_noise = -174 dBm/hz + 10 * log(180KHz) = -174 + 53 = -121 dBm

Assuming NF = 2, your RSSI should be about -119 dBm. However E// has reference point at the antenna port, so it might be compensating out NF.

That will print out the desciption of the raw counter, and spell out what each bin range is.
It is highly unlikely that all of the samples of a working cell would always be in the lowest bin. Even with no calls on it.
Since it is not carrying any calls, I would hazard a guess that it may have a plumbing or antenna problem.
What does that cell indicate for swr? has anyone been out to make test calls on the cell? Is it radiating correctly?
In what frequency band is the cell?

Yes you're right, I had one site that doesn't have traffic but when I check "pmRadioRecInterferencePwr" I see the sample is still spread.
But now the site is OK after changing the RRU.
