Just want to share, why if MPO constant=0, will improve throughput HSDPA :

Hi Paulus,
Please explain more detail why changing MPO constant parameter to improve HSDPA throughput??? I don't think it's useful for all cases!!!

Well, you are right that not in all cases, that setting can improve throughput. This should be also supported by resource capability.
Although theoretically it can improve CQI, but without not enough resource, this will mean nothing for throughput.
With higher CQI reported to RNC, then RNC can decide whether the requested service (Higher BERate) by the UE are able to provide or not by considering the resource
capability.

From the threat you share, about proper MPO value, it's better to do the test before and after by drive test.
