LTE Contention resolution

I want to ask about contention resolution Timer , can we control it with huawei parameter or it is system standard
and what it's recommended value

Hi,

does not seem to be operator modifiable, at least in eRAN 3.0. I can see that default value is 64sf, i.e 64 system frames. It means there is plenty of time for scheduler to allocate resources for MSG4.
