Hi Guys,
We have ARD function implemented, meaning that we can restrict 3G access to users that have not suscribed to 3G.
We have following issue :
- when selecting network, the UE tries to go to 3G. Location update is rejected, and the NAS response is "No suitable cell in location area"
- According to 3GG, UE should put this LA in black list and tries another LAC from same PLMN, if I'm not mistaken
- The problem we have is that the UE still tries to come on 3G, again and again. Meanwhile, he is not reachable. We have many complaints. from our study, it seems not connected with any specific phone.
You guys have any idea?
