Cannot burbackup APG40 C/2 Node A in BSC

Hi Experts,
Good day. I am having trouble creating APG backup in NodeA.
The APGs RAID are rebuilded and after the rebuild burbackup is failing. There is no valid APG backup in the node as the last backup was taken 8 months back.
I have done the below:

net stop burserver
net start burserver
C:\>D:
D:\>del d:\ /F /S /Q
rmdir . /S /Q
Only on Node A (Active)
then I run the burbackup:

C:\>burbackupstatus
XXXX-AP1-A:
Save all disk information and runtime parameter data to file \\XXXX-AP1-A\C$\acs\data\BUR\XXXX-AP1-A_20140205_114144.ddi completed
Save all disk information and runtime parameter data to file \\XXXX-AP1-B\C$\acs\data\BUR\XXXX-AP1-B_20140205_114144.ddi completed

XXXX-AP1-B:
burBackup partition backup completed
3848 directories and 19771 files copied or equal and 0 files locked

Error - the hashnode file on the remote node has not be created
CompareHashfiles: FAILS

Please note that the partition backup is executed in Node B but Node A partition backup is hanged and
When I tried to run the burbackup -p individually on Node A & Node B, Node B can successfully take partition backup and archieve backup.
But burbackup -p on Node A cannot able to finish. It seems like the process is not completed and and we have to stop and start the burserver to end the burbackup process even after 5/6 hours.
If anyone have any idea how to fix the problem, it will be helpful.

Hi,

This is very interesting. I have not experienced with APG40 C2, its very old school BSC but still working. Is there any active AP Fault Alarm? AP is much difficult just as i thought. I will try to search for C2.

Hi,
Yes this is very old stuff. But this problem is interesting as it looks like the D: drive of Node A got some problem, so it cannot make the partition backup. if anyone have any idea regarding this issue, Please let me know.

Hi All,
Just want to let you know some update about the issue I was facing with creating burbackup is that the issue is fixed after doing a prcboot of the Node A (Active). Now the burbackup -o is working fine without any error. Thank you guys for your reply.
