2) Go to Main sheet and press on the 1st. buttons

No I didn't face it, I think you don't have permission to write in your c:/ drive (so, contact your network administrator)

I never used VISTA system. It is said that account of Administrator doesn't have full permission. You may searh homepage of microsoft for answer.
