∙ Carries out highest level technical support skills per technology
∙ Supports to Fault Management function
∙ Supports Performance Management function
∙ Supports Configuration Management function
∙ Collaborates with others to resolve complex matters
∙ Takes part in 24x7 (Call-out) for technical support
∙ Supports planning and execution of complex network HW/SW upgrades
∙ Investigations major outages
∙ Supports report writing as required by management
∙ Provides OJT competence transfer applicable to own area of expertise
∙ Interfaces with Vendor engineers on escalated technical matters
∙ Makes routine maintenance checks, takes follow up actions and documents
∙ Support PM with report analysis and formulae writing
To be ready to teach local engineers
- Big experience with Combo SGSN SG6, and Flexi ISN, NetAct
