Gents, can someone help me to figure out one thing for IRAT 3G-2G handover.
My concern is following: when UE is in compressed mode it measures GSM neighbors periodically as instructed in Measurement Control message, when UE is sending MR I can’t see measured ……. OMG terrible to explainJ
I’m a bit confused with the fact that I can’t see 2D/2F/3A events
To put in nutshell can anyone send me IRAT handover algorithm details for R5> , with precise details, preferable is NSN networks.
