Hello,
Do you guys have a list with NodeB error codes /internal once/ and their meaning?
Before failure occurred the NodeB reports internal error code and then send RL Failure over Nbap toward the RNC but with some other reason inside there, for example it can send to the RNC "RL failure due to Configuration unsupported" that is common indicator but the exact reason is HSPA users insufficiency and the only way to find it is by decoding that internal NodeB error code.
