4G tuning for special event

Please share any suggestion/idea regarding parameter tuning to cope with a special event.
Practical experience would be much appreciated!

set the emergency unlock, so you won't be limited by the number of licenced users ( in amos : acc Licensing=1 setemergencystate )

and have a look to these 2 parameters: noOfPucchCqiUsers and noOfPucchSrUsers, by default the value is 80
for football games, we have set it to 280

I am assuming that this is not for 4gLTE as this is very low.. in 4G LTE the value is 800 and even that gets choked at football games.
