I have in NSN: PS Drop rate/HSDPA Drop rate are high, What are the main NSN Parameters that could enhance the KPI?

I think there are a lot cause drop rate PS/HSDPA is high such as 1. RF quality is poor (Ec/No and RSCP), 2. Any congestion in your site, 3. Check your alarm, 4. Check quality of transmission, 5. Core problem

I have some doubts about the parameters setting, for HSPDA to reduce the Drop rate like timers?

And does anyone knows how i can get the dump from the RNC and discretion for " PRFILE- RN50_MAINT_57- Parameter 002 1775" ?

for the parameter 002 1775 the explain is
This PRFILE is used to control UE release in hanging situations. With this PRFILE activated,
the RNC will release RRC connection of such UEs and update failure counter for
RRC connection, so that activation of this workaround is visible in the KPIs and user can
re-activate the session after release.
This workaround is implemented to two detected problem scenarios, functionalities can
be activated separately, as needed based on which problem is seen in the network:
• Releasing UE after a failed Integrity Check for UL message and stuck.
• Releasing UE after a failed RRC message decoding for UL message and stuck.
And if you want to active both of the functionnality u can use ZWOC:2:1775:
