Dear All
I just start optimizing LTE Huawei network. We done drive test for one site. RSRP, SINR, RSRQ and RLC DL Throughput is acceptable for all sectors. But for the Uplink Throughput is only 3rd sector is low.I need a help from you from where can I start and which KPI should be checked and which parameters I can deal with
