The main issue is that he cannot receive or make any calls, no sms or data usage. The account's services have been checked in billing application and same on the HLR. When he is called a busy tone is heard or only a Bip and the call get disconnected. Also several errors have been found in the Real Time application like:
- Cell Global ID or Service Area ID or Local Area ID are missing from the Initial DP request.
- VLR Number is missing from the Initial DP request
- Location Information is missing from the Initial DP request, use configuration from the PBX.
-VlrNumber does not exist in message
