2G Huawei Parameter For IRAT to 3G in Connected Mode?

Hi all...Is there anyone know the parameter in 2G side to activate PS HO (connected mode) to 3G?As I know, there is only for CS (QsearchC)..Please help guys..thanksBR//Paul
