Hi,
I have a problem with this local OMT. From 5 mounts I use OMT R49H on a virtual machine with Windows XP SP3, and there is no problem, one of my colleagues yesterday ( he use older PC with Windows xp and real COM port ) connect once to RBS and download the IDB, after that no one of us can not connect to rbs, I tried to connect to another RBSs with different cables and different versions of OMT R50L, R43A, R49H and another one, I check all settings on my USB to serial adapter - COM port number etc., but I still can't establish a connection to RBS
Please help :(

You mean you cannot connect to the specific RBS? or generally?

I have had the connection problem with any omt and any RBS two Times in the last 6 months. The only solution was formatting the pc and reinstalling xp and omt. I have several programs of others equipments and i think that a lot of programs in the same pc make doing wrong some of the softwares

You have to check pin cable rs232-rj45, or the cable that you usually use. The cobfiguration of port COM, etc.
