Question about RAB congestion due to lack code

Dear expect,
I have a problem about my network. Many cell have occurred RAB congestion due to lack code, although Code Usage of them was quite low (about 30% to 50% with pmsumdlcode).
What is the problem? And how to overcome them? Please share information about this.

Hi,

Possibly you have fixed code for HS and your dynamic code allocation and code multiplexing is not working properly.

try to do this:

lset utrancell=xxx dlCodeAdm 90
lset utrancell=xxx numHsPdschCodes 1

These parameters are Utrancell level
