Huawei 3G Dual Carrier Cell_Low Throughput_High Load

Dear Experts,

We have Huawei 3G RAN 14.0 in our network, It's Dual carrier network.

Some sites are highly loaded and HSDPA Mean user number is 60, HSUPA number is 20 and we have HSUPA user number congestion as well.
Per User HSDPA throughput is 300kbps which is less because of large number of users. IuB bandwidth is 20Mbps.

What do you suggest we should do to improve user throughput? Disable HSUPA? what else?

I think it was clear that you are limiting network capability on IuB
Mean user x TP user = 60 x 300kbps = 18 Mbps roughly said that it almost reach your maximum cap, isn't it?

No need to think if Max user could be generated ceiling graph for Iub
