2G: Why Xeus fails to import data for some cells from the DUMP?

While loading BSC CDD files, Xeus fails to import configuration of some cells. Any specific reasons you guys have found?

I have found the solution. Xeus do not import data for cells with FNOFFSET>1000.......WHY? I don't know yet.
Just change FNOFFSET to random low values & it will be OK.
