Did you enter the correct host ID? The simple steps are as below:

1. Install SQL Express. You can download it from Microsoft website. Minimum version is 2005 SP2.
2. Install MCOM/Nexplorer.
3. Start MCOM/Nexplorer. Go to Manage License and put a project name in the project name field. Leave others as it is.
4. Click the Copy host id to the clipboard button. Close MCOM/Nexplorer.
5. Open Notepad or some text editor and paste the host id on the editor.
6. Read the readme.txt file and follow the instruction on how to get the correct host id.
7. Copy the correct host id and put into the keygen. Select and fill the appropriate information into the keygen. (Hint: for MCOM you can set more than 90days but not for Nexplorer).
8. Click the Generate button and then the Register button.
9. Start MCOM/Nexplorer and check whether it's registered or not.

If you got your HwID as described inside the textfile then you can also tick the 'Working with RNStools' and then generate a key for RNS11
It will also work

i installed nex 13 with already installed nex 12 and dont need any patch to run nex 12 installed licence is working fine.

You already obtain the hostid "LHGC0ZKAUN1HKB07AF3PKUMP778KRA8BVUKRSXN6R". Please read the "Readme.txt" file in the keygen folder to get the explanation on how to get the hostid. Then close the MCOM/Nexplorer. Run the keygen and put in all the information into the keygen. Press the generate button in the keygen and then press the register button in the keygen to register again. I believe your method is wrong somewhere when you try to register. That's why it's not working. That whole "RNSv2-RNS11-OIKKKFOSQFNSOF4KXFSFXRSIXISMXNS3-LHGC0ZKAUN1HKB07AF3PKUMP778KRA8BVUKRSXN6R/Z906873296Z@ABCDEFG00000-" is not your host id.

The tool already registered. You can see from your print screen at "Standalone licenses" >> "Registered licenses" >> admin[90 days]. You don't need to put in the license key again to register again from the MCOM/Nexplorer. The keygen already registered it for you.

I am getting the same porblem.34991
Before I have Nexplorer 12 and it worked correctly. Now I have insltalled NeX 13, and I get the same error.

Any clue where the problem can be?
