IDat Huawei Tool (Customer Geo Locations)

Hi friends,
I have seen a new tool build by Huawei which processes the UE measurement reports (AMR) and geographically plots it on Google earth to show approximate locations of users.
Using this tool we can better plan the offloading sites/guess the most probable customer locations/High traffic areas.
This tool is connected to the RNC and uses some algorithm to post process the UEs measurements reports (TP/Active set information etc).

Can anybody please share the tool if you have? Huawei guys didn't share it with me as usual :)

As i know only some Chinese staff, special project has this tool.
Imanger Nastar function "Service Geographic Analysis" also can do same thing, have you ever tried it?

I dont have this tool bit r13 has the propagation delay conters and you can make a calculation aproximatly the distance to know were is generated the traffic.. I hope it help you!, when has the tool shre it pls i will find it.
