Hello:
I have the alarm BSS INTERNAL VOICE CHANNEL ABNORMAL active in one BSc, according to the procedure there is a file in the famlogfmt directory where is possible to see which site is generating the problem, it should be a .ZIP file but it is a .tmp file, so it cant be open.
Does anyone knows how to force this .tmp become a .zip??
The alarm is still active since 8am this morning and the file size was 14 KB, now the file is 22KB but still .tmp.
