There is a company that has MTM800 and MTH800 for sale, they say that the radios has TEA2 Encryption. My question is can i buy these radios and program them with the normal software for MTH800/MTM800?
And can i program them without the TEA2 encryption so they become normal radios without encryption, or do i need a special version of the software and do i need to flash them or something similar to that?
I was thinking of maybe buying them if there is not a lot that needs to be done with them in order to get them going as normal unencrypted radios?

By the way, what type of antenna plug is the MTH800 antenna using? I want to buy a antenna adapter so i can use a external BNC antenna. Do they use the same plug as for example the GP300 or GP68 or do they use a own type of plug?
